How long will it take to print and dispatch my order?

All clothing orders take around 2-3 weeks for print. This is because we do not keep any items in stock, so it is placed in a queue and printed individually for you. Once printed you will receive an email regarding the dispatch date.

What if I need my order quickly?

Please contact us with your needs and we will try to meet any reasonable time demand. If we can squeeze it in our production we will for a small fee.

What is the minimum order?

Anything from the shop: 1 piece!
Customised order using Heat Press Viny: 1 piece!
1-2 colours Screen Printing: 25 pieces
3+ colours Screen printing: 40 pieces
Embroidered garments: 25 pieces

In what format do I send a design for print?

You could submit your artwork by using guidelines located in the Design Guidelines section. Don't have your artwork ready? Our creative graphic design team will help! Just send us a photocopy, drawing on paper etc and we will transform it into a design. Any simple design work is free of charge (prices can be found in Design Guidelines)

What is your returns and refunds policy?

G5 Clothing do not accept returns or refund customised clothing. The reason being that we customise each order, to fit every individual customer's needs.
All items of clothing are checked and photographed after printing, before they are sent off to the customer.

If there is a problem with your item of clothing, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will review your query. (We cannot guarantee that we will be able to return or refund your item or solve the problem, but we will definitely assess it)

The item I’ve bought does not fit me.  What can I do?

Contact us within Seven Days of receipt of the clothing,  and we’ll see if we can sort you out with the right size.   Please refer to our Returns Policy. Always check out the size guidelines before you purchase and if you are still unsure, email us and we will be more than happy to help.

Can G5 Clothing help me with my artwork design?

Yes. G5 Dzine handles all our design work. If you don't know exactly what you want but you have some ideas just let G5 Dzine know and they will help you create something original and HOT!! 

Can I get any other kind of custom apparel that does not appear on the Stitches Clothing Store?

Yes. Although we specialise in custom t-shirts & Hoodies, we are quite serious about all varieties of apparel. Just let us know what you're looking for and we'll send you a quote.

How secure is this store?

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
